Q) How can I choose a carpet cleaner without getting comments from his other clients.

Q) How long will my carpets take to dry, and will they shrink???
A) Many of my clients have asked me this, usually followed by the statement "the last carpet cleaner I had left my carpets soaking" or " my carpets took almost a week to dry." or words to that effect. At Great Choice, we think that is totally unacceptable. We aim to have the main area cleaned (often the lounge) and dry BY THE TIME WE LEAVE the property, though this is not always possible. As we leave the carpets as dry as possible, the chance of shrinkage is massively reduced, but please do be advised that we are fully insured, and will not hesitate to do all that is necessary to rectify any problems in the unlikely event of shrinkage or any other problems that may occur.

Q) How Often Should My Carpets Be Cleaned?
A) Good quality carpets are a major investment and it pays you to look after them… but just how often they should be cleaned depends on your household, since every household is unique! The table below gives you a general idea.
